12 sessions = 3 times a week / for 1 hour per session, for 1 month.
You will either be working one on one with a coach or with a small group learning CrossFit movements, working on technique and efficiency. A workout will be mixed into training each day.
What is the best part about this you ask?! You get the next two months at a discounted rate. Our monthly rate is $120 but after completing your 12 sessions you will begin classes for ONLY $100 a month for the next two months! The total cost for 3 months is $350 with foundations included.
Signing up for a three-month commitment will keep you accountable so that you can see REAL results.
