Where are you from? Enid, OK When did you become a member of ReFuel? April 2019 What do you do when you’re not at CrossFit? Play with my two dogs and hangout with family and friends When did you realize CrossFit was right for you? When just doing it for two months put me in remission with my stomach disease. What is your favorite WOD/Movement and why? Rowing, Deadlifts and Power cleans, because they are my stronger side and I am better at them than anything else. What is your least favorite WOD/movement and why? Running lol and thrusters, running is just awful and thrusters because I am weak when it comes to squatting What would your perfect WOD look like? Rowing, deadlifts, and box jumps What is one thing in CrossFit that you never thought you’d be able to do? Box jump for sure! What motivates you during a workout? Everyone in the gym rooting for you 💗 What’s something we may not know about you? I have a severe stomach disease and I’m on my last resort medicine. But I believe that CrossFit is my life changer. What advice would you give someone just starting? Keep going. It’s really hard at first and you are going to think that you will never get better, but you will. I promise. What is one goal you have for yourself in CrossFit? I’d love to be able to do a pull-up and a handstand push up Fill in the blank: I like makeup way too much. Name: Georgia Walterscheidt Where are you from? Hennessey, Oklahoma When did you become a member of ReFuel? Sometime in early 2016 What do you do when you’re not at CrossFit? Work, spend time with my niece and nephews When did you realize CrossFit was right for you? About 6 months in What is your favorite WOD/Movement and why? Anything with deadlifts because I can do those well 🙂 What is your least favorite WOD/movement and why? Fran because thrusters, hate thrusters What would your perfect WOD look like? Combination of deadlifts and power cleans What is one thing in CrossFit that you never thought you’d be able to do? Box jump What motivates you during a workout? My friends around me telling me I can do it! What’s something we may not know about you? I like to hunt, wish I could do more of it. What advice would you give someone just starting? I promise it gets better 😛but on a real note, i would tell them that the more you work at it the better you feel, don’t worry about doing everything RX! We are not all the same and it is okay to scale everything! Scale the scaled stuff if you have to, as long as you are doing the workout it doesn’t matter how! Also, believe in yourself! After my first week when I was sore in places I didn’t know could hurt What is your favorite WOD/Movement and why? Cleans because they make me feel strong What is your least favorite WOD/movement and why? Snatches because my arms don’t like being that wide What would your perfect WOD look like? Combination of running and cleans and jump ropes! What is one thing in CrossFit that you never thought you’d be able to do? Wall handstands (or wall slides) What motivates you during a workout? Finishing (or Kristi Fossett) What’s something we may not know about you? I love margaritas!! What advice would you give someone just starting? Just continue coming… you will learn to love it and the soreness will eventually not be so bad! What is one goal you have for yourself in CrossFit? I will do a pull-up… one day! What is your least favorite WOD/movement and why? Running……it's self explanatory What would your perfect WOD look like? Combination of rowing and cleans. What is one thing in CrossFit that you never thought you’d be able to do? Handstand hold. What motivates you during a workout? Finishing What’s something we may not know about you? I like to cook. What advice would you give someone just starting? Just keep coming, it eventually doesn’t hurt as bad! What is one goal you have for yourself in CrossFit? I’d love to be able to do a pull-up. When did you realize CrossFit was right for you? When I knew it was something Shea and I could share together : ) What is your favorite WOD/Movement and why? Rowing b/c it's one of about 2 movements that benefit tall people! What is your least favorite WOD/movement and why? Burpees b/c they are burpees What would your perfect WOD look like? Calorie row and wall-balls What is one thing in CrossFit that you never thought you’d be able to do. Double Unders. I thought it was hopeless What motivates you during a workout? Where are you from? Good ole Enid! When did you become a member of ReFuel? April, 2016 What do you do when you’re not at CrossFit? My husband and I own Enid Floral, but I mainly do the gardening for our landscaping business. And, I try and keep up with my 12 and 16 year old boys! When did you realize CrossFit was right for you? After one week with Brittney, and I didn't die. What is your favorite WOD/Movement and why? Power/Hang Cleans, I don't know, just really like them What is your least favorite WOD/movement and why? Burpees because I feel like a fish flopping out of water AND any form of overhead squat. What would your perfect WOD look like? Power Cleans, Sit-ups, and knee raises (just because I'm really trying to build up to a pull up or toes-to- bar) What is one thing in CrossFit that you never thought you’d be able to do? Besides the obvious answer of "most of it", I'd have to say the Open! I was so scared and waited until the very last day to register. (only because I was called out for not) I felt so accomplished each week after we did the WOD. What motivates you during a workout? All the amazing athletes in the 8:15 class! Plus, during a WOD, I have pep talks with myself to just get through it and DO NOT quit! What’s something we may not know about you? I did private training with Britt from April until January because I had a fear of attending class. Then she got all bossy and told me enough and made me start classes. I totally appreciate her for that!! What advice would you give someone just starting? Don't listen to all the nay-sayers when they talk down on Crossfit and DON'T over think it! I don't look ahead at WOD's because I'll start over thinking my limits, etc. Just show up, and do your best. You'll respect yourself more and have such a better feeling of accomplishment. What is one goal you have for yourself in CrossFit? Well of course I'd love to knock out a toes-to-bar, but as probably the oldest person at the gym, I want to be able to keep getting stronger and not ever let my age define me. Fill in the blank: I like watching the amazing support at Refuel and my boys sports! I eat Mexican food I do hope that I can make a difference and be a positive influence in my boy's lives. Where are you from? Checotah, OK (Yes, I know Carrie Underwood) When did you become a member of ReFuel? January 2017 What do you do when you’re not at CrossFit? Go to OU games and Thunder games. Spend time with friends and family. When did you realize CrossFit was right for you? The first Foundations class. People I had never met before were cheering me on to finish the WOD at the end of the training. What is your favorite WOD/Movement and why? Rowing. It’s one movement where it’s all about heart and effort and I’m competitive with many of the guys at our gym. What is your least favorite WOD/movement and why? Overhead squats/squat snatches. I just don’t bend that way for whatever reason. What would your perfect WOD look like? I really enjoy Helen. I’m a decent runner and can just recently do Rx Kettlebell weight and can string together pull ups. What is one thing in CrossFit that you never thought you’d be able to do? A strict pull up. I can do multiple in a row now. What motivates you during a workout? Knowing that I won’t be any better tomorrow if I don’t push myself hard today. What’s something we may not know about you? I was accepted to Harvard for undergrad. I wasn’t ready at that age to move so far off from my family. What advice would you give someone just starting? Don’t measure yourself against others. Crossfit is a competitive, group atmosphere. At the end of the day though it’s about pushing yourself to your own limits and then breaking through them. What is one goal you have for yourself in CrossFit? I want to string together double unders!!!! Fill in the blank: I like spending time with my friends. I eat Buffalo Wings!!! I do me. Where are you from? Woodinville, Washington When did you become a member of ReFuel? August 2016 (Thank you Air Force!!) What do you do when you’re not at CrossFit? Hang out with my hound dogs, my husband and my awesome neighbors! When did you realize CrossFit was right for you? After my husband dragged me to a foundations class (which was over 3 years ago), and I realized how fun it actually was! What is your favorite WOD/Movement and why? Anything with double under and/or any type of clean! Dubs were the only thing I knew how to do when I started CF (thank you elementary DU contests!) and I clean stuff pretty well…just not at my house haha What is your least favorite WOD/movement and why? Overhead Squats…because who actually likes those?! What would your perfect WOD look like? The one from July 25th. It was literally the most fun thing I’ve ever done haha plus it was nice and short! 5 squat cleans 95#; 50 double unders; 4 squat cleans 105#; 40 double unders; 3 squat cleans 125#; 30 double unders; 2 squat cleans 135#; 20 double unders; 1 squat clean 155#; 10 double unders What is one thing in CrossFit that you never thought you’d be able to do? Compete in a CF competition, and become a CF trainer?! Like, whaaaaaat?! What motivates you during a workout? Trying to keep up with those around me! …I’m looking at you Janae ;) What’s something we may not know about you? I raced snowmobiles for a few years when I was a teenager. What advice would you give someone just starting? STICK WITH IT!! I promise it’s worth it! What is one goal you have for yourself in CrossFit? To do a handstand push up without any abmats! Fill in the blank: I like…my coonhounds! (And my husband too, I guess…haha) I eat…anything coconut or chocolate flavored. I do…not want my CF Kids summer sessions to end yet!! When did you realize CrossFit was right for you? My first WOD of course... it was love a first burpee.... :/ What is your favorite WOD/movement and why? Probably the Team "Murph" , I did it with my family for a very great cause What is your least favorite WOD/movement and why? that would be Ready........ Burpees! Why ? Cuz they suck ! What would your perfect WOD look like? 5RFT 5/10/15 push-ups/sit-ups/air squats..... simple and sweet What is one thing in CrossFit that you never thought you’d be able to do? Overhead Squat What motivates you during a workout? Knowing that each one of my Refuel teammates is going through the suck with me! What is one thing we probably don't know about you? I'm a Twin What advice would you give someone just starting? Don't give up , it only gets better:) What is one goal you have in CrossFit? What do you do when you’re not at CrossFit? Mostly spend time with family and friends. My 3 kiddos keep me pretty busy.
When did you realize CrossFit was right for you? When I woke up sore, but was still excited and looking forward to going back to workout that day. Also when I realized how many people were “on my side”.
What is your favorite WOD/Movement and why? I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’m starting to like snatches!! They are fast pace, but work both arms and legs.
What is your least favorite WOD/movement and why? I despise wallballs!! They drain me quick. Box jumps are pretty high on the least favorite list as well. Mind over matter gets me every time.
What would your perfect WOD look like? 10 clean and jerks, run 200m, 10 snatches, run 200m, 10 squat clean, and 30 ab mat sit ups
What is one thing in CrossFit that you never thought you’d be able to do? Get up on the wall for handstand pushups.
What motivates you during a workout? Others!! Being competitive and wanting to beat others, hearing the people along side me cheering for me to just keep pushing.
What’s something we may not know about you? I love to travel and try new things.
What advice would you give someone just starting? Come in ready to work your ass off! Forget anything you “think you may know about weight lifting”, and have an open mind about learning new movements and technique.
What is one goal you have for yourself in CrossFit? I have a ton, but I want to master toes to bar and pull ups.

Where are you from? I was a military brat growing up, but Enid has become my home. When did you become a member of CrossFit ReFuel? January 2017 What do you do when you're not at CrossFit? Perform at the Gaslight Theatre, play volleyball, volunteer, fundraise, spend time with my 3 kids and my husband. When did you realize CrossFit was right for you? When I stopped worrying about my imperfections and cared more about how strong I was. Kicking my own ass every day and getting stronger has given me the confidence I have always wanted; imperfections and all. What is your favorite WOD/movement and why? Box jumps - they are the one thing I could do from day one, but double unders and power cleans are growing on me. What is your least favorite WOD/movement and why? Anything overhead because my mobility there still sucks. What would your perfect WOD look like? Some combination of Box Jumps, Power Cleans, and Double Unders. What is one thing you've done at CrossFit that you never thought you'd be able to do? Lift more than my body weight. It was a deadlift, but I still didn't think it would be possible. What motivates you during a workout? Blake yelling at me. What is something we might not know about you? I enjoy fundraising and party planning. I'm currently working on the Junior Welfare League Charity Gala as a co-chair. What advice would you give someone just starting CrossFit? Just show up. Even if you are last, or have to scale to what seems to be an embarrassing level, you are still finishing ahead of the people that didn't push themselves to workout today. What is one goal you have for yourself in CrossFit? I have way more than one, but if I have to name just one, it would be to be able to bust out several strict pull-ups with ease. Baseball and school When did you realize CrossFit was right for you? After coming to multiple Saturday WODs. What's your favorite WOD/movement and why? Not one particular movement, but any chipper workout I enjoy. What's your least favorite WOD/movement and why? Anything with thrusters What would your perfect WOD look like? Lots of cardio in a long chipper What's one thing you've done at CrossFit you never thought you'd be able to do? Muscle ups What motivates you during your workouts? Getting up before everyone knowing I'm getting better while everyone is sleeping. What is something about yourself we might not know? I am a decent artist and I want to go to college for a degree in physical therapy. What advice would you give to someone just starting CrossFit? Just get into it and learn as much as you can as quick as you can. What is one goal you have for yourself in CrossFit? I love Annie because it's a quick little workout and my abs are always sore after. Soreness = success (6 pack here I come) ;)

Hate rowing. It sucks!!

What's your favorite WOD/Movement and why? Probably muscle ups, I felt pretty accomplished when I got my first one not many people I know can do them. What's your least favorite WOD/Movement and why? Double unders, they are the most frustrating thing because they slow down my WODS so much that I can't be competitive RX. What would your perfect WOD look like? When did you realize Crossfit was right for you? I watched one session while I was considering joining and I knew I wanted some of the Kool-Aid!
What's your favorite WOD/Movement and why? Probably Cleans. I feel like I understand it and it doesn't frustrate me.
What's your least favorite WOD/Movement and why? Well Running for sure! But as far as lifting probably any type of snatch. I'm not very good at them! What would your perfect WOD look like? Something that involves cleans, abmat sit ups and wall balls.
What is one thing you've done at crossfit that you thought you'd never be able to do- Everything! I never thought I would feel like an athlete!
What motivates you during your workouts? I love being able to tell my family each day about new accomplishments (they are so supportive), and I like all the encouragement from friends at the box.

When did you realize Crossfit was right for you? The first time I attended class-the workout was rigorous enough for me to feel accomplished and the gym had a very supportive feel to it. What's your favorite WOD/Movement and why? Toes to Bar and squat cleans, because I can do them! What's your least favorite WOD/Movement and why? Snatches and thrusters - because they are weaknesses What would your perfect WOD look like? 800 M buy in, then 25 cleans, 25 toes to bar, 25 front rack lunges, 25 pull-ups What is one thing you've done at crossfit that you thought you'd never be able to do - pull-ups What motivates you during your workouts? When did you realize Crossfit was right for you? I realized after the first couple of days. It felt good pushing myself and everyone was so friendly and helpful. I felt completely comfortable.
What's your favorite WOD/Movement and why? I would have to say the dead lift is my favorite because I can lift the most weight on that lift.
What's your least favorite WOD/Movement and why? I still refuse to do box jumps since I bruised my tailbone the first time I tried. Maybe one day I'll work up the courage to try again.
What would your perfect WOD look like? Ummm probably 21-15-9 of dead lifts and power cleans. (Those are my favorite.)
What is one thing you've done at crossfit that you thought you'd never be able to do- I would have never thought I would be able to flip upside down on the wall and hold my body weight up.
What motivates you during your workouts? I just want to be better than I was the day before.
What Is something about yourself that we might not know? This is a hard question, I'm kind of boring but wounds really fascinate me and I plan on going to wound care school in the future so I can be a wound care nurse.

When did you realize Crossfit was right for you? I got tired of working out in a "normal gym" where most of my time was spent walking to & from the water fountain or socializing. I knew I needed a change to challenge my body & mind.
What's your favorite WOD/Movement and why? I think my favorite WOD is Annie bc it's not too hard while you're doing it, but you're so sore after! My favorite movement is probably a heavy power clean.
What's your least favorite WOD/Movement and why? BURPEES, is that even a question? Heavy thrusters are a close second, though.
What would your perfect WOD look like? My perfect WOD would be 3 rounds for time: 400m run, 15 box jumps, 9 heavy power cleans
What is one thing you've done at crossfit that you thought you'd never be able to do? Crossfit in general is something I thought I could never do, but my most recent success is a wall walk. I never thought I could hold my body weight upside down in a handstand!

What do you do when you're not at Crossfit? Spend money on unnecessary things, teach 4th grade, pet my animals, travel, eat Taco Bell
When did you realize Crossfit was right for you? I got tired of working out in a "normal gym" where most of my time was spent walking to & from the water fountain or socializing. I knew I needed a change to challenge my body & mind.
What's your favorite WOD/Movement and why? I think my favorite WOD is Annie bc it's not too hard while you're doing it, but you're so sore after! My favorite movement is probably a heavy power clean.
What's your least favorite WOD/Movement and why? BURPEES, is that even a question? Heavy thrusters are a close second, though.
What would your perfect WOD look like? My perfect WOD would be 3 rounds for time: 400m run, 15 box jumps, 9 heavy power cleans
What is one thing you've done at crossfit that you thought you'd never be able to do? Crossfit in general is something I thought I could never do, but my most recent success is a wall walk. I never thought I could hold my body weight upside down in a handstand!
What motivates you during your workouts? Beating other people
What Is something about yourself that we might not know? Mushrooms are my favorite food.
What advice would you give to someone just starting crossfit? Everything is scalable and you're already better than you think you are.
What is one goal that you have for yourself in Crossfit? Toes to Bar

When did you realize Crossfit was right for you? When I started to do things I couldn't do before. I was decently strong to begin, but refuel made me step out of my comfort zone and work on more aspects of my fitness.
What's your favorite WOD/Movement and why? Deadlifts and squats because I've been doing them for years.
What's your least favorite WOD/Movement and why? Muscle ups. Because I can't put on together...yet.
What would your perfect WOD look like? 16.4 without the hspu (55 225# deadlifts, 55 wall balls, 55 calorie row. Although I want to try it again because I could do hspu then, and I can now. See those improvements I mentioned above?)
What is one thing you've done at crossfit that you thought you'd never be able to do- handstand push-ups. It took everything I had to get one in the open and now I can do several.
What motivates you during your workouts? My teammates. The best part of Crossfit is the the sense of community and everyone pushes everyone to be their best.
What Is something about yourself that we might not know? Confession time. I have power lifted for a few years and was one of the biggest doubters of Crossfit. Even when I started I was skeptical. But it did not take me long to buy in. The coaches, the friends you make, and the results sold me. I still powerlift, but my overall fitness has benefitted tenfold because of Crossfit.
I also considered becoming a priest and spent two months at a seminary in Rome when I was 17.
What advice would you give to someone just starting crossfit? Become involved and don't measure yourself against others. If you can't do a movement today doesn't mean you won't be able to later. Keep working and it will come. Trust me, I've been there.
What is one goal that you have for yourself in crossft? When I started I just wanted to cut some weight. But now I would like to place in a comp.

Where are you from? Grew up in Sapulpa, OK but Enid has always seemed like home because I have a lot of family here and spent my childhood summers here. When did you become a member of Crossfit Refuel? I started the introductory class on March 21, 2016. What do you do when you're not at Crossfit? I have worked at DHS for 19 years, been married to Kelly for 16 years, have an awesome son, Kellyn, who is 11. I am active at my church, Willow View UMC, and help care for my mother who just turned 84. When did you realize Crossfit was right for you? I became interested in Crossfit because of Ashley Kiper, who I know through church. I was amazed at her transformation and love to see her energy. I have always felt a little intimidated by people who are athletic as I never have been. I love that I don't feel judged and everyone is so encouraging and helpful. What's your favorite WOD/Movement and why ?I love the back squat, front squat, and deadlift because I feel like it is something I am able to do. What's your least favorite WOD/Movement and why? Anything over the head or using upper body strength is really tough still so that is probably my least favorite. What would your perfect WOD look like? My perfect WOD would probably involve kettleball, front squats, and ring rows. What is one thing you've done at Crossfit that you thought you'd never be able to do? Just about everything at Crossfit I never thought I would be doing. What is something about yourself that we might not know? The first session I couldn't run 200 meters without stopping to walk and catch my breath. I can run 400 now without stopping so I can see improvement. The coaches are great, the others working out are very encouraging, always willing to help me push through to the end of the workout. Now that I am in my 40's, I am starting to feel more confident in who I am, but I have had to start being the parent to my mother in a sense and that has been strange. What advice would you give to someone just starting Crossfit? Advice for someone wanting to start CF: Just do it! I am doing things I never thought I would and I have seen a lot of improvement in just a couple of months. If I can, you can too. What is one goal that you have for yourself in Crossfit? I am not sure how, but I am going to jump up on one of those boxes someday! I like spending time with my family. I eat a lot of things I shouldn't. I do enjoy singing in the church choir. I am short. I want to travel as much as possible. |

Where are you from- Fairview, Ok When did you become a member of Crossfit Refuel? Feb. 2016 What do you do when you're not at Crossfit? Spend time with my amazing wife and daughter, and farm. When did you realize Crossfit was right for you? After the foundation class we repeated the first WOD and I had cut my time in half in just 3 weeks. My energy up and my self-confidence was rising. What's your favorite WOD/Movement and why? Back squat is my favorite movement because I haven't been able to ever squat much weight but now that I have learned the right technique I really enjoy them. What's your least favorite WOD/Movement and why? My least favorite is burpees because it's self-explanatory, they suck. What would your perfect WOD look like? Any WOD that I have the Crossfit refuel family supporting me and pushing me to do my best. What is one thing you've done at Crossfit that you thought you'd never be able to do? Crossfit in itself What motivates you during your workouts? Everyone supporting me. And trying to beat Kaitlyn What is something about yourself that we might not know? I drive 45 minutes to Crossfit What advice would you give to someone just starting Crossfit? Don't let the word Crossfit scare you. It's not all what you see on TV. Yes, it is intense but it's all scalable to each and everyone's own ability. And the support system you have with Crossfit - it's not just a gym it's more a family. What is one goal that you have for yourself in Crossfit? To do a pull-up and just be in all around better physical health. Where are you from-Enid, OK When did you become a member of CrossFit Refuel? During boot camp September 2015 What do you do when you're not at CrossFit? I raise 4 year old twins, I’m an athletic trainer and help my husband with his Construction Company and farming. Yes, I can even drive a giant 4-wheel drive tractor. When did you realize CrossFit was right for you? After the first month I was sleeping better and my energy level was back up. I was seeing faster results than with any other program I’ve tried and the coaches are amazing! And we became family! What's your favorite WOD/Movement and why? My favorite WOD was the WOD with Warriors 2015 I don’t remember many of the movements, but I did my first box jumps and the WOD gave me a since of pride to complete it for all of our military men and women. My favorite move is burpees! I’m short, so they are easy! What's your least favorite WOD/Movement and why? My least favorite WOD was the open 16.1, it’s probably the closest I have come to puking. And I despise wall balls because I’m short! What would your perfect WOD look like? 21-15-9 Clean & Jerk, Burpees, Kettlebell swings, box jumps What is one thing you've done at CrossFit that you thought you'd never be able to do-handstands! I can’t do a handstand push up yet, but I will! What motivates you during your workouts? My teammates, coaches and my kids. What is something about yourself that we might not know? I used to be a rodeo queen! What advice would you give to someone just starting CrossFit? Just start! It’s not what you see on TV at the Games. Every move and every weight is scalable. CrossFit will help you in every aspect of your life, physically, mentally and emotionally. You learn to work hard, push through difficult situations and be proud of your accomplishments. You gain a very supportive family in the process. What is one goal that you have for yourself in CrossFit? To do a handstand push up because it’s the only thing left that I swore I would never try or do! Fill in the blank: I like to go to the lake in the summer and wakeboard! I was hooked Favorite WOD – Murph on Memorial Day, It’s the least we could do to honor those who sacrificed everything so we can work out and drink beer! Being a highly competitive individual I can sometimes lose perspective and take myself way too seriously. I like being lazy on Sundays I eat tacos, guacamole and Mexican beer (don’t forget the lime) I do whatever Andrea and Emma want me to do I am here for anyone who needs help I want my kids to be healthy, happy contributing members of society (So I can buy a big ass sailboat) What our coaches say about Bruce: “Bruce is your all out, guns out crossfitter. He doesn’t make excuses, he comes and gets work done. I’m still waiting for him to get his level 1” Brandi Bruce does an amazing job of helping other athletes in class, even if it interferes with his wod. Where are you from? I'm from Enid but spent a big part of my growing up in Alaska. When did you become a member of Crossfit Refuel? in the beginning of Refuel there was Mike and it was good. What do you do when you're not at Crossfit? I'm a lieutenant at Enid Fire and an electrician on my days off. I'm also a dad and husband. When did you realize Crossfit was right for you? I realized Crossfit was right for me after many failed attempts to stick to any kind of physical training and getting bored with everything else. I never get bored of CrossFit. What's your favorite WOD/Movement and why? I love all the girl WODS because they are never easy. I get faster but they are always challenging. What's your least favorite WOD/Movement and why? I'm not a big fan of push-ups?? I don't know why I just find them to be miserable. What would your perfect WOD look like? Chipper chipper chipper. I love that when you are finished with a movement you know you don't have to repeat it so you can give it your all. Most importantly to be my perfect WOD there will be a beer waiting for me when I finish the last rep. What is one thing you've done at Crossfit that you thought you'd never be able to do? I never thought that I would be able to work out in a place where it seems like everyone in the BOX truly enjoys each other's company, encourages each other all with zero drama. What motivates you during your workouts? Trying to hang with the badass types like Blake Gibson, Levi Thompson, Bruce, Ashley, Erin. You people push me to be better every day.
